All hoodies and sweatshirts run oversized. Order your normal size for a relaxed fit. Size down one size if you prefer a closer fit.

How do I choose my hoodie size?
Our hoodies have an oversized, drop-shoulder fit. Order your usual size for a relaxed look, or size down for a closer fit.
Lay a hoodie that fits you well on a flat surface and compare its body length, shoulder width, chest width and sleeve length with our Size Guide. The chart lists garment measurements, not body measurements; double the flat chest width for the garment circumference.

How long does shipping take?
Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before your order ships. Delivery estimates below begin after shipping and are not guaranteed.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship to select international destinations where rates are available at checkout. International deliveries are estimated to take 10 to 21 business days after shipping. Customs or import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
My tracking has not updated. What do I do?
Tracking can stop updating for 24 to 48 hours while your package moves between facilities. This is normal. If it has not moved in more than 5 business days, email us at contact@everremindr.info with your order number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Email contact@everremindr.info with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged or is the wrong item.

What fabric are your hoodies made from?
A 53.75% cotton, 46.25% polyester blend at 14.7 oz/yd² (500 g/m²) — heavyweight enough to hold its shape wash after wash, not the thin, see-through kind.
How do I wash and care for it?
Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low heat if needed, and avoid the print area.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@everremindr.info with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are fully secure and encrypted at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
