Return Policy What we
accept

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following:

01UnwornThe item has not been worn beyond checking the fit.
02UnwashedThe item has not been washed or altered in any way.
03Original TagsAll original tags are still attached to the item.
04Original ConditionFree from damage, stains, odors, or any alterations.
How to Return Step by
step
1Email us at contact@everremindr.info with your order number and the reason for your return.
2Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges Need a different
size?

Size exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window. If the size you need is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.

Damaged Items Something
went wrong

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us at contact@everremindr.info within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a clear photo.

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Refunds Refund

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Allow up to 10 additional business days for your bank to reflect it.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
