📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

United States: 5–10 days

We ship to 26 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight via our carrier, Purolator.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country are not included in product prices or shipping charges. International customers are responsible for any such charges.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If there has been no tracking update for more than 5 business days, contact us for help. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate.
